Health Guarantee:

- This puppy is guaranteed to be free of all communicable diseases. To the best of our knowledge, this puppy is free from any health defect and is the best pet quality available. The puppy is guaranteed against health defects for a period of 7 days from arrival and congenital problems for six months from date of purchase. This includes severe hip dysplasia which hampers the movement of the dog and natural gait and requires surgery to correct, kidney, heart,pancreas, spine and liver problems of a sever life threatening or altering nature. If the dog dies within this 6 month time frame, the buyer will pay to have it autopsied to ascertain reason. If reason is congenital, the Seller will replace the puppy. This guarantee does not include any injuries or problems the puppy develops due to accidents, negligence and/or abuse by the new owner. We do not guarantee against hypoglycemia, which is also called low blood sugar or sugar shock. This puppy, at time of sale/shipment was, to the best of our knowledge free of parasites. We cannot guarantee that they are 100% free of internal or external parasites due to the close proximity of unknown other animals being transported along side your puppy.

- This guarantee does not cover what is considered common breed conditions, such as but not limited to: cherry eye; entropion, loose hips, loose knees, skin allergies, elongated soft palate, and stenotic nares (collapsed nostrils)

- There are certain disorders that may be caused by environmental factors, for example: allergies, thyroid disfunction, demodectic mange, and other autoimmune disorders that are similarly not covered by this guarantee.

- All items covered under this guarantee are by replacement only. We do not give refunds.

- Seller will not be responsible for any medical expenses incurred. Buyer is aware that owning a puppy includes trips to the veterinarian, veterinarian related expenses and understands that he/she will be responsible for all payments.

- There is no way to guarantee the actual mature weight of a puppy. We estimate it based on the current weight of the puppy and its parents' weights, but other factors such as genetics, overall health, and diet also affect mature weight. As such, the mature weight of the puppy is not guaranteed. There is no way to guarantee the color of a puppy. Puppies often times change color over the course of their first year of life. Also color can be subjective to the eye with one person calling a color by a different name. We do not guarantee this puppy will be breeding or showing quality.

- As of the date of delivery, the puppy has received proper vaccinations and wormings for its age and weight. The buyer has been informed of these and of future vaccinations and wormings due, which are the responsibility of the new owner.

- This guarantee does not include Coccidia and Kennel Cough, which are common in puppies that are shipped and usually caused by bacteria. A puppy showing any serious genetic or congenital defect will be replaced as follows:

- Animal must show the defect by 6 months of purchase date. Seller must be notified of the problem within 2 business days of the licensed veterinarian determination and have two reports from two unassociated veterinarians stating the same problem and Seller will provide a replacement puppy of equivalent value as soon as one is available.

- A puppy with a defect must be returned or euthanized with the prior permission of the seller to qualify for a replacement puppy.

- No refund, in part or in full, will be given.

- A returned puppy must be returned to the seller in good condition, other than the specified problem, at the expense of the buyer. The owner will then qualify for a replacement puppy.

- Buyer is responsible for transportation costs to and from the seller on a replacement puppy.

- This guarantee applies to the original puppy owner only and is nontransferable and nonassignable to a second party.

- No replacement puppy will be given if the puppy has been bred, spayed, neutered, or euthanized without permissionof the seller.

- Replacement puppy will be mutually agreed upon by both parties and will be of comparable quality. It is understoodthat the replacement puppy may not be from the exact same parents of original puppy.

- Any physical problem which is or could be the result of injury is not covered under this guarantee.This health guarantee is null and void if the following terms and conditions are not fulfilled:

Buyer Responsibilities:

- Have puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of delivery. Seller must be informed immediately of the examination results by email or letter, together with a copy of the examination report and/or proof of examination. The failure of this will result in the cancellation of this guarantee. Vet bills and/or medications are notcovered in this guarantee.

- Provide puppy with routine preventative care, such as, but not limited to
1. Annual physical examinations by a licensed veterinarian;
2. Follow standard veterinarian guidelines for vaccinations and deworming; Buyer agrees that he/she understands this agreement and health guarantee fully.

Notice, this guarantee is void if we do not receive the signed original (which will be included in your puppy package you will receive in the mail following the shipment of your puppy) back within 7 days of puppy arrival. Please retain a copy for your records.

Shipping/Delivery: Puppy will be shipped after nine weeks of age. Most will be shipped at nine weeks old, but some need a little more time and will be shipped later. This is a legally binding document. In the event of legal action, buyer(s) will assume all legal costs including, but not limited to, seller’s attorney’sfees and legal costs. The laws and venue of The State of Missouri, County of Laclede will govern this Guaranty.

I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THE ABOVE GUARANTEE AND INFORMATION REGARDING THIS PUPPY AND BY FILLING OUT THE FOLLOWING FORM I AGREE TO THIS DOCUMENT IN FULL.
